Majors related to seed technology, forestry and agronomy, college degree or above, more than 3 years of management experience in planting bases; educational requirements can be relaxed for those who have rich actual work experience.

Familiar with cultivation technique and growing habit of crops; understand the relationship between soil, climate and other factors and the growth of plants, pest control and other expertise; those with work experience in large-scale agricultural cultivation are preferred.

Possess class C1 or above driver’s license.
