In January 2019, Yunnan Luxin received the Industrial Hemp Cultivation License of Yunnan Province issued by the Qujing Public Security Bureau, Zhanyi Branch, and invested to build an industrial hemp extraction facility in Yunnan. From industrial hemp, it will extract and separate a non-psychoactive ingredient called cannabinol (CBD), an active constituent with health benefits. Currently, CBD has been widely applied to many industries (medicine, food, health, beauty etc.) and continues to permeate into new ones.
So far, Yunnan Luxin has reached a joint-venture partnership with HMI Group and Shouxiangu, to jointly explore the market opportunities in the industrial hemp area in China. To advance the expansion of relevant business in industrial hemp, the U.S. affiliated company Luxin Hemp Group Inc. is actively looking to find relevant partners abroad to expand our global presence.
Yunnan Luxin plans to launch a scientific research facility to engage in R&D for cultivation, processing and distributing industrial hemp globally. It will also work with businesses the biopharmaceutical, food, health products and beauty cosmetics industries to develop consumer products.
